I gave them 2 stars because yhe order was delivered on time. Unfortunately for me what was a $111.00 order, an $80. Arranged bouquet wound up being a messy $25.00 bouquet at best. I understand when ordering online the design is only going to be somewhat similar. The order still needs to match in value. I have floral experience, I understand the ridiculous mark up, this was not $80 in flowers.

Ordered Valentine's Daysnflowers through 1800flowers, they picked this florist to fulfill the order. Lady's and gentlemen I went all out and spent about $110 on a nice arrangement of flowers. The people here at Clarksburg City Florist totally botched the paid for arrangement doing whatever they want and placing wilted and near dead flowers into the arrangement aswell. My girlfriend ended up calling 1800flowers and getting me a full refund, making this florist come and pick up the flowers. When they came to get the flowers the guy that came to get them was appalled at how horrible of a job was done.(this was a different guy from the delivery guy himself). If I decide to order through 1800flowers again Like I have many of times in the past they will absolutely not use this florist or else the order will be cancelled. Buyer beware stay away from these people and go somewhere else to get your money's worth. Thanks for doing a lousy job and making my Valentines Day not 100%.

I called and asked if they made black roses, and the woman laughed and condescendingly told me there aren’t black roses. I told her “I’m aware they don’t grow that way, but many places dye them often“. She laughed again and said “Then why don’t you call them?” and hung up. Won’t be calling them ever again.
