Best florist in town! Always reliable and with great arrangements!
I would give 10 stars if I could! Amanda was INCREDIBLE and Jay Roles' Floral was amazing when we were desperate to send flowers on short notice to a colleague's funeral service that happened to fall ON Valentines day! We are in a different state and it was my job to locate a florist near the funeral home to send our condolences. I was given a list of florists from the funeral home. Most would not take our order and others were simply rude about trying to order something the day before Valentines Day....even for a funeral! One of the last names on the list was Jay Roles, Florist. Amanda was kind, patient and incredibly helpful! She suggested a memory quilt so that the family had a permanent keepsake. What a nice idea! She then called later when I needed a receipt to turn into finance and she was quick to located the order and send to my email!nThank you very much for making a difficult process so much easier!nI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this florist any day of the year!!
Late getting to my review on this shop but must share......nI dropped in last minute on these busy ladies for a flower arrangement on my way to my nieces graduation & they were happy to help. Described to them what i was looking for & they very quickly made me the most beautiful flower bouquet. Was very pleased with the service & more than happy with my purchase!! I would have understood completely if they could not help me out last minute but they did not hesitate at all, great experience & I will be a repeat customer. Thank you again ladies, my niece LOVED the flowers for her special day.
I ordered a cross pillow flower arrangement for my uncles funeral and it turned out beautifully. Everyone remarked on how beautiful it was.
