McCaw Veterinary Associates

Today was my first experience at McCaws and they did a great job giving my babies their physicals. The techs were so friendly and welcoming just like the receptionist. I love that this place doesn’t try to up sell services and the vets take the time to explain all of my flea and tick pill options. Thank you guys I’ll be using them regularly. ⭐ufe0f Not to mention the prices of the visit and Flea Pills are reasonable!

McCaw Veterinary AssociatesnUpdate- I have now been blocked from their FB page. All they needed to do was inform people that they cannot be next to their pet and stroke them and talk to them when they take their last breath. Instead, they keep deleting my review. Imagine how many reviews they have deleted just to keep their ratings high. Pathetic.nnI have made this post public. Please share, so people know they won’t be able to be with their pet at the end. Their page keeps deleting my review, so I highly doubt they will let you know before hand.nnWow! They keep deleting my post. Unreal! Do not go to this vet if you want to be with your pet at the end. They will not let you pet or hold your animal while they euthanize. I will keep putting this back up. If they were honest, good vets, they would leave the negative with the positive so people can make their own decision.nnThis happened to a friend of mine. She went to have her pup euthanized and was told that they had to stand in the doorway away from their dog when they gave the injection. Her and her family could not their dog, pet their dog, kiss their dog, whisper in his ear that they loved him. All things you expect when you make the extremely difficult decision to have your pet euthanized.nnTo add insult to injury, instead of just calling the person they did this to and apologizing, they called and justified themselves. They told them that when it comes to someone that is overly sensitive and is crying a lot of tears and maybe blowing their nose there’s too much chances for droplets in the air and he needed to make sure he and his staff were safe, which is valid, however, they should inform their clients of that first.nnThis is the absolute last time they can comfort their pet and have made an extremely difficult decision in the first place. He couldn’t just say, “I’m really sorry that this had to happen.” and Instead he just justified everything and kept telling them his stance on it. Really??!

They were very sweet to me. They got me sick cat in that day while other places couldn't. They came to get my cat from the parking lot and the veterinarian called me. He was very informative and professional. They were done very quickly. Thank you so much for getting Kashmere in!

Had my 10 month old puppy neutered today. They made things easy and laid back for me and my puppy. He seems to be well on to fast recovery and his usual self. They were super nice and super informative. They care as much about my pet as I do about him.

Love the expertise that this group has! They are friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable and (most importantlynthey are non-judgemental) from check in to check out! !, They have helped us out with each and every one of our pets,(including potbelly pigs!) from simple checkups to an articulate surgery!
