Bells & Bows Florist

I called this florist because I was going to order flowers online and it seemed like it would be cheaper to order them over the phone directly with the florist, so I called and the person who spoke to me on the phone said that it would be a lot cheaper to order directly through them instead of online so I placed my order and was told $65 and they added a balloon for six dollars and then charged my credit card $95 and never even sent the balloon with the order! Also, the flowers were supposed to be the deluxe and it was not the deluxe that was shown in the photo it was very small with minimal flowers and a lot of baby’s breath filling it up. I am highly disappointed and do not see suggest anyone order from this florist because even if you call and speak to them they will not let you speak they talk over you the whole time and are rude and told me to go ahead and order online nevt time they didn’t even offer to refund the balloon that was missing! This was for my daughter’s birthday and also to congratulate her on her new job and honestly I could have gotten more flowers from a grocery store bouquet. I should have used Gingers like I normally do but thought I would give this place a chance since they had the arrangement I liked on their website. Very disappointed in this florist please don’t waste your time and money on a business who doesn’t value their customers

I order flowers for my sister's birthday and she NEVER got them because they sent me an email the day AFTER her birthday saying that the area was out of their reach. I wonder WHY they didn't let me know that the same moment I placed the order so I could found another place...YOU Guys are NOT PROFESSIONAL
