In Bloom Flowers

I ordered the Honeybunch arrangement for Valentines day and it was supposed to come in a ceramic vase with a heart on it. When it was delivered it was in a clear square vase instead. When I called and asked about it I was told they ran out of the vases.nI did receive a call back later from the florist expressing apologies and offering to send out another arrangement for my wife free of charge. In my way of thinking this speaks highly of a business that wants to keep its customers happy. Thank-you

Yesterday my daughter and I came in to place corsage and boutonnière order for prom. The prom is on May 8. A FULL MONTH in advance of the event. When WE walked in, the florist on duty (out of the 3 that were there), pipped up and told me that “We aren’t doing proms that weekend, it’s mother’s day and we won’t have time to do your order”. Under normal circumstances at my old florist in Houston, they’d have taken our order because we do things in advanced, so there isn’t a problem with us placing an order. Yesterday however, the woman was rude with her reply making sure we knew that she didn’t plan on doing any PROM corsages,boutonnières or bouquets at all EVER, that weekend specifically. A MONTH IN ADVANCE. If you aren’t capable of doing something, own it, at least say we don’t do that here, but to tell me and my daughter a MONTH IN ADVANCE that you will NOT be doing ANY PROM type work that weekend (even though it says that they do)baffles me. We will not come back to this store ever again because of the rude retort we got from the employee. I hate leaving bad reviews but it seems as though everyone on this side of town has a huge attitude towards doing a good job or wanting and keeping customers to keep the businesses alive. Sad part is, I’m in the service industry, I also provide a service as well. I hope I never encounter anyone like this or this situation when I do my job. Bloom you just lost a potential customer that would have loved to have given you my money for my daughters prom date. I will be taking my business to Ft Worth florist.

In Bloom Arlington did an amazing job with the bouquet I ordered. Almost exactly as the picture and just as beautiful!! Even delivered within 4 hours of ordering! Thank you so much!!

I ordered flowers for my brother's funeral. I chose something from their website. It was done in pink and I didn't want pink so she made it designer's choice. They took an arrangement with 3 types of flowers and turned it into an arrangement with red and white carnations. There were also fewer flowers. I live in Maryland and they thought I would never see them. but, my sister from Carrollton attended the service. Very hurt and disappointed that I didn't get what I paid for.
