So happy with the arrangement from Vidor Florist. They are sweet ladies who really care what you want to order. They go the extra mile for their customers. I will call them for all my flower orders.

Very pleased with Vidor Florist! I tried them for the first time this Friday and I will use them again. I work in the medical field and there was a patient whose flowers were so beautiful I had to inquire where the came from. I'm so glad I did!! I actually ordered flowers from Vidor Florist the next day and had them delivered to her job. The flowers looked so much more beautiful in person!! I called and ordered from the shop directly. I did not order through the web or use any 3rd party site. I spoke with Mandy. I'm not sure if she is the manger or not but if Mandy is helping you, you will get taken care of!! I had to call her back several times for different things and she truly worked with me and my budget to make my sister's surprise a success. Mandy is so helpful, patient, professional, and most importantly kind. With so much going on in the world you can't have to much kindness, especially when working in a customer service field. I recommend giving Vidor Florist a chance and DO NOT order online. Find what you like online however call the shop directly to place your order. Blessings to all!

Went through 1800-flowers and placed the order for delivery to my wife for our anniversary and it went through this shop. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered nor worth $114.00 (with Ballon and delivery).

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day a week early, so my flowers got delivered a week early she was afraid with everything going on with Corona they would not arrive on time, so my flowers came from Vidor Florist and a week later they are stillnbeautiful, they look like they just got delivered, thank you for making such a beautiful arrangement I am really enjoying them. Fresh beautiful flowers.

My wife ordered flowers for her mom for Mother’s Day from their catalog on their website and told them to upgrade it. They overcharged her and didn’t upgrade. They told her to go to her mother’s house the next day and pick up the flowers and bring them back to the florist for two more flowers but my wife would have to pay an additional $10. And they overcharged her for the flowers. Their website advertised them at $37.99. Then they charged her more than $54 and still made a skimpy arrangementnWorst flower shop I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll never use them again and don’t recommend them to anyone.
