Horrible flowers! Said woodlands florist but was from rainbow flowers. Things died in a few days. $120 should be refunded! Should of researched. Seen so many complaints its horrible. Were for my anniversary my husband sent me. What a joke. Business should be shut down.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!nOne star rating is too high for this florist. The card reads, The Woodlands Flowers not Rainbow Flowers. The addresses match but not the names.nI received a floral arrangement on Friday, February 20, 2021 for my birthday from them. The petals were falling off the flowers as he handed me the arrangement. I was so upset and disappointed. The flowers were old, shriveled up, wilted, broken, falling out of the arrangement and in a plastic vase, really?! I have never received a floral arrangement in a cheap plastic vase. The delivery was late Friday evening so I couldn't contact the florist.nSo the next morning, Saturday, February 20, 2021, I tried calling the number on the card. I kept getting a recording that the mobile number I was trying to reach was unavailable. I tried numerous times and never got through. I looked up the florist online and found 2 other numbers and they too did not work. I located an email address on the website to contact them, so I sent them an email.nAs of today, Friday, February 26, 2021, I have yet to hear back from them.nPlease save your money, DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

I just picked up flowers left on my neighbors porch at her request because she is out of town. The flowers are from Rainbow Flowers and I don’t know how much was paid, but it was too much. The flowers are basic grocery store flowers inserted into visible floral foam with stems sticking out. It was thrown together at best and I would be mortified if I sent that bouquet to anyone. (I’m hoping I can include photos in the next step.)

Ordered my wife flowers for her birthday to surprise her at work and they weren’t delivered until 10 minutes after her office closed and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Don’t waste your money here!
