I have depended on these folks for years. Never let me down, but always told me up front if something could not be done. I have even called them on two hour or less notice and they came through. So I give a big thumbs up, for service and cheerfulness. Thanks

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Excellent customer service. My Aunt whom the flowers were for kept getting moved just prior to delivery. I had to call and change locations multiple times. Plus they had already delivered flowers to one location and that facility called them to come pick them up by mistake. The lady was gracious and accommodating. Never once got frustrated with me or even tried to charge me extra for the multiple deliveries.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife who works a few blocks away, main reason I ordered from them i wanted her to receive them early and stated that in my order leave before such time. She ends up leaving work and guess what no flowers and balloons arrived. You would imagine they would deliver to the people around them first, I guess not. I do not recommend them at all. Please do not waste your time at this place, unless you personally pick up.

I received terrible customer service...I ordered my flowers 3 weeks in advance to ensure my wife will receive them on Valentine's. No flowers showed up at all the whole day, nor did any body call me to tell me they weren't delivered. I had to call and the manager laughed at my situation and said they will upgrade my order and deliver the next day. My wife got the flowers a day after Valentine's day (which is stupid anyways) but no upgrade. I called back, I want a refund but have yet to hear from a manager. Never dealing with this place again!

Flowers Texas Style did all of the bouquets for my wedding and I could not be happier with them. I had a medium-sized budget wanted a more natural-looking cascading bouquet in blue, green, and white and they did such a beautiful job. They also did all of the flowers for my ladies in a matching style. I am allergic to roses so it was essential that none be included in any of our arrangements and they came through on that as well. I would definitely recommend these friendly folks to anyone.
