What can I say. I called days ago. Confirmed a Valentine’s arrangement. Called and confirmed a couple days after the initial order. Here I am. 25 minutes past the agreed to pickup time. No one is inside. The doors are locked up. My phone calls are being ignored. This has soured my mood and I am trying to really not let it ruin my Valentine’s Day plans. Unreal that a place like this is in business. I chose to ignore the previous reviews of 1 star thinking I had a good experience on the phone with the owner of this business. What a disappointment.
Amazing arrangements! We send flowers quite often and are never disappointed. Would highly recommend Old Town Katy Floral! They deliver.. and you can add chocolate, balloons and even a stuffed animal! One stop shopping...love it!
I would not use this florist. Tried to order longstem flowers in a box or paper to be delivered they would not do it. Very poor customer service
