I went here for years, spent a lot of money and never left a balance. On one occasion I had walked in with a choking puppy. A girl at the counter helped me and turned out the dog wasn’t actually choking just had a small piece of paper stuck to the inside of her cheek. It took 3 minutes tops. At the time I had a 2 year old with me and was very pregnant. Well they charged me 50 dollars. For an office visit and i never even seen a doctor. They sent my account to collections, before I even knew I was being charged. When I went in to address the issue the girl at the front counter was very rude and dismissive of me. She spoke but never made eye contact. She wasn’t trying to hear anything I said. I forgot her name but she has been there for years the skinny girl with brown hair. Usually in a ponytail. Anyway I paid the balance but I will never be back and never recommend them. If your a client there and you like them. Never walk in and ask a question or they will charge you. The front desk staff was never very friendly even before this incident
