When our daughter passed in Sept 2020, We were referred to Dettling Funeral Home by my mother in law. She worked with them 6 months prior when my father-in-law passed. They were further away from our home, but wanted a company we could trust. We had excellent service with no hard sales on services we didn’t need, yet we were given our options to make the best decisions.nnThe owners and staff were efficient and timely at each stage of the process. They were always available for questions. I highly recommend this business when the time is necessary for funeral or burial needs.nnThey went above and beyond our expectations and were so understanding and empathetic of our loss. We would use their services again if needed.
My dad recently passed and we turned to David to make the arrangements. I had no idea how many details there were to go over, but walked us through each step with grace and kindness. He even helped us with some of our unusual requests like my daughter wanting to be the flower girl. He was by our side through the entire process and was never more than a phone call away. David Dettling has handled funeral arrangements for two members of our family, one very recently. David is very kind, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend him! He does not use high pressure tactics, something I really appreciate. The funeral home is very attractive and our family had use of the entire facility for the service.
