We recently had the pleasure of working with Sharon at Wedding Planners of Houston for a wedding at Addison Woods for a mutual client. Sharon kept my company updated and informed of timeline changes and requests from the client. The day of the wedding went smoothly with her and her team and the wedding was a success. From a vendor perspective when we have a good leader like Sharon we can do our jobs well. What that means for the client is a successful and stress free wedding the way you imagined it would be. I recommend Wedding Planners of Houston to anyone needing planning/coordination. We will happily work with them on many events in the future.

I booked Event Planners Of Houston about two weeks out due to all the Covid-19 restrictions and not knowing If I would be able to have my special day. When I tell you this lady and her team are a life saver, I mean it. They were on top of their stuff. She came up with the timeline within a few days, confirmed all vendors and got clarification on any issues that may have been in their contracts. Communication was out of this world, They made sure everything was to my liking, spotted issues and came up with solutions without me having to tell them.nnI couldn't have imagined my day without them. Sharon went above and beyond to make sure that my day was stress free and more. She coordinated the rehearsal start to finish making sure I was satisfied, She made sure my family was there for photos, and assisted where needed from helping with setting up to bringing us food and drinks. She stayed in communication with the vendors to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to and on time.nnI ran into an issue with the venue not providing chair pads as originally included and Sharon fought for me to get what was originally promised and even reached out to all her contacts  to try to get me some. So if your looking for a company that is going to make sure your event is everything you dreamed of and more Event Planners of Houston is the company for you. You could not ask for better people who are more professional, thorough, and experienced. I will forever be thankful.nnThanks Ladies.

I have to first say to any bride getting married PLEASE HIRE A PLANNER. We searched and interviewed many wedding planners and we decided to hire Event Planners of Houston. It was absolutely flawless. We shared how we envisioned our big day to look like and their entire team of vendors came through like champs. We had our wedding reception at a brewery, and Event Planners of Houston helped to set up tables and non-alcoholic beverages. Throughout the entire process, from initial contact to closing out the night, they were professional, helpful, and amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who asked, and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks again to the team for making our night go so smoothly.

Event Planners of Houston was the main source of stress on my wedding day. I was hesitant to write a review because they generously donated our coordination package for a Hurricane Harvey fundraiser, but I still should have received the same level of service as a full paying bride.nnCommunication prior to the wedding was mediocre at best, and did not feel like a “month of” planning package. A week before the wedding, they were supposed to send me the wedding day timeline to approve. They did not send it to me and sent it to all my vendors with the incorrect start times causing all the vendors to contact me, and I had to follow up with everyone and correct the time.nnThe rehearsal was rushed and I felt like we were inconveniencing them. Everyone was excited for the wedding and EPOH made it seem like they had somewhere to be exactly an hour after our start time, even though we were the only event that day and they traveled specifically to coordinate our event.nnThe day of the wedding, communication was horrible, I had to reach out several times to find out what was going on. I saw the coordinators one time before the wedding- We were all on site at the same location and I had to text to find out what was going on. The candy buffet was sad looking, and instead of leaving the extra candy for us as the contract stated, they packed it all up and took it home, including the candy we brought ourselves.nnDespite my bridesmaids saying they were lined up wrong, they were sent down the isle incorrectly and my maid of honor was first down the isle. Due to rain we started late, and the caterer said they were scheduled to leave before anyone was fed. EPOH coordinators came up and told me this while I was getting ready to be introduced. Again, this is an issue that they should have rectified before it even got to me. Luckily, I had friends and family that were able to pick up the slack and deal with the issue.nnFinally, they took off at some point in the night, I’m not even really sure when. They did not say goodbye, didn’t notify anyone they were leaving, and left for the night.nnI would not recommend EPOH for anyone’s event.
