We have been taking our older dog there for 10 years. We got a new puppy we were taking there as well. The puppy has a UTI and in a lot of discomfort. We called during business hours and they said they could get to us tomorrow. What? A 4 month old puppy in pain and you think it can wait. Why do we spend years building a relationship if in our dogs time of need they just turn their back. They proved they are really about us as a paying customer versus caring about our dogs. We will never go back.
This place is located in the heart of Fern Creek on Bardstown Road. All staff members are friendly and considerate about your pets' care.
Dr ish saved my dog, my dogs are family I know some folks don’t think like me but I like my dogs better than most people! I took him to 4 other vets 2 in Meade county and 2 in Louisville!! Dr ish figured it out 1st visit after all 4 of the others had wrote him off and called it cancer! They are a little expensive however they are the best and they have the best equipment so that has to cost something right.. I highly advise you to let them look at your dog if there sick and other vets are giving the run around!!nnPics of him on the way home!! 3 days before he was surely gonna die had a 106.3 fever couldn’t walk or control urine! It was terrible, dr ish got treatment plan together and we are going on a year and a half now!! GET SECOND OPINIONS from some of whom I feel to be the best doc’s around! Remember dr’s have a practice it’s called that for a reason they don’t know all and can’t know what they haven’t seen!!
