More attention to detail is needed. I provided typed summary for the obituary, yet on the day of the funeral, programs were printed and passed out with the wrong name on the cover!nI ordered and paid for death certificates through Bill Claire Mortuary. A mistake was made by the mortuary while processing the order. Nearly 4 months have come and gone and I still do not have the death certificates.nBe very careful when choosing help during times of need is the lesson that I've learned. They received full payment, and now family needs are not top priority.
