Great experience shopping here, highly recommend! I came in on a Friday morning without buying anything in advance, and asked the florist and business owner to make something for two family members’ birthday in my budget. She was really friendly and helpful and made me a bouquet in under ten mins that was absolutely beautiful! Great quality and flowers lasted for a while. Highly recommend this local flower shop in sugarland. Check it out!

The second time just a HUGE disappointment and waste of money! I ordered flowers for my mums birthday, and was told an approximate size. I paid over 100 USD and what I received was barely 20 dollars worth. I just got a call from the person who works at that flower store and she seriously insulted me and asked me if I had taken flowers out myself before sending them a picture of the bouquet I received!!! SERIOUSLY???nThey count based off of “how many stems go into the vase”. I sent them a clear picture of what i had ordered and of what I had actually received and then they are asking if I have taken out flowers myself ?? Dont waste your money and time on this horrible place. I am completely dissatisfied. We as customers order under the assumption that the size we are told is what we will get. I paid $100 for not even half of what was expected. Poor communication on their end. Condescending workers.
First Colony Florist did such an amazing job on the sympathy floral arrangement I ordered! I needed a same day delivery. My delivery confirmation was emailed within two hours of ordering! I even received a call to make sure it was okay to swap a certain flower for another. The arrangement was gorgeous!
I have used First Colony Florist at least 4 times in the past year because they create such beautiful flower arrangements and have delivered my arrangements on time! After finding First Colony Florist in Sugar Land, I have been a loyal customer ever since!
