I am heartbroken to read the reviews here. I was sent a bouquet from out of town by a lovely friend of the family and it was exquisite. It arrived fresh and beautiful and remained that way for days and days! I don’t understand the bad reviews, but I love this place. I love the name of it and their product that I received. I called them, spoke to Jason, and told him so. I hope the future can be brighter for them, because they made my year with the precious gift they brought to my door.
After a phone call encounter with an employee named Jason, I was appalled and in shock with the disrespect and vulgar language that was used. I will never be using this business again nor referring to anyone in the area. As for the business owner, I would hope you realize how your employee has represented you today.
I honestly wish I could give no stars. My husband surprised me with a red rose bouquet for our first anniversary from 1800 flowers that came from this florist. I was repulsed at what I saw! Immediately upon arrival, I noticed the roses were wrinkled and looked sick, and there were a lot of leaves in the water (which I found odd; that will cause molding and bacteria to grow in the water). Well... I was right. When I lifted the bouquet up out of the vase, the water was green, smelled foul and was completely contaminated. Mind you, this is upon arrival! I had to remove them from the contaminated water, clean off the stems, recut them and all of the green foliage that was included. Four days later, I had to throw them away due to the extent of contamination. Each rose bud did not bloom but rather was covered in white mold. Absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful surprise.
Bad product, disrespectful staff, not recommend.
Drive to the location to buy flowers for my wife. I looked for about 5 minutes and never even found it though. Not sure if they simply don't have a sign up or if the address is wrong.
