The wrong plant was delivered to a funeral than what was chosen, discussed and paid for; and the florist refused to rectify the problem. The details: After checking out Special Occassions’ website with it’s advertisement of $35 plants (which a picture from website was taken). I decided to go directly to this florist shop to choose one to send to a funeral home. Needless to say, it did not have any plants available at that price. We discussed the different prices for other small, medium, and large peace lily plants. I told the salesman that I would take a medium one for $60. I chose a plant and she sat it on the counter. She said she would check to make sure it was the medium one, because she thought it was another one. She went to the back of the shop and brought the male manager out to look at it. He confirmed that the one she had sat on the counter was the medium. We commenced with the transaction. I filled out a personal message card for it and asked that a blue bow accompany it. I was assured that it was the one that would be delivered. I went to the funeral and checked out the only two plants there prior to the funeral starting. I was shocked! The peace lily plant was not the one I had chosen and was promised would be sent, and there even was no bow. I was embarrassed with the puny plant that was delivered. I called the delivery man and florist that same day after the funeral. I was told by the same saleswoman who previously waited on me that she would speak to the manager and have him call me. She remembered me and stated that maybe the wrong one was delivered. She stated she saw the florist working on it. I called again the next day (at 10:00 a.m.) the next morning, since I had not received a call. The manager who had the same name as the delivery man (who had called the day to notify me that the delivery had been made) said it was nothing he could do. He refused to offer a less expensive complimentary flower or plant be sent to the person’s home to compensate for the puny plant that was delivered. They lost my business, as well as, my husband’s who was with me the day the plant was chosen and the transaction was made.

The ladies here always make really nice arrangements and always know what I want. Best customer service!

I was able to place an order on their website overnight and pick my order up the next morning. Great quality arrangements, friendly and courteous staff, would highly recommend.

Always great service I forgot my mask this morning and the gentlemen working in the front cleaning the carts had some to give out if you forget yours

Beautiful flowers delivered, choose to allow florist create design. They are fabulous and a nice size.
