So very Professional; but, yet treated us as if we were Family. They quietly worked behind the scenes to ensure that what we wanted was what we were Blessed to get. So respectful & caring. Thank you for all you did as we prepared to say good-bye to my Sister.
My mom is terminally so we called, twice, to start arrangements. That was 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a call back from them. In this devastating time, I really don't need this stress. Guess I'll be using a different funeral home. One star.nI did end up using them for my mom's services. It was the salesman, Tanner, who dropped the ball.nI was very please with the funeral directors, especially Joe. My mom looked very peaceful. Thank you Scott's for a beautiful service. 5 stars!! And Joe, I'd give you 10 if I could! Thank you!
