Im disappointed with my arrangement. Most of the flowers were already dieing when it was delivered to me and some already dead. I called the # on the card to let them know and the lady who answered sent the delivery driver to pick up the arrangement. When I got it back they had taken out the dead flowers but kept some of the dieing ones. Altho they did replace some of those flowers,my arrangement just looked sad and most of the roses wilted the next day! I would also like to mention my arrangement was missing balloons, which they later realized and added them when they brought it back.
Flowers only lasted 2 days and the basket that was used had been broken and wired back together prior to shipment. Very disappointed. I will request that FTD use any other florist than this business.
I give this place really no stars. The owner as she claims to say she was was rude & disrespectful. I wish I lived In Texas so I could walk In there face to face. I will never ever order from this place again!!!!!! Horrible experience....
