The customer service was extremely poor. The lady who answered the phone was not considerate of my loss and immediately began telling me what she couldn’t do before I could get a word in. I urge others to be mindful before doing business with Ruth’s flowers...poor poor poor customer we service!

Ordered a plant and balloon to be sent to the hospital and they only delivered the plant I had to call the next day to see why the $6 balloon I paid for was not delivered with the plant so they delivered it the next day.i expected better service for the price I paid.
