I paid for delivery on Saturday. It is currently 10pm and my order was NOT delivered!!! Your website on which I placed my order CLEARLY stated you were open till noon. There was no DISCLAIMER stating that you would be closed on the date I was requesting delivery on. If you will NOT be able to fulfill customer request on a particular day, then your website should not allow for processing on that day.
Great flower shop!!! They were extremely helpful and made a nice last minute Valentines day flower bouquet!!! They are awesome!!!
The Flower Bucket is awesome! The arrangements are so beautiful, you can tell they were made with love. And I love following their IG for lil tutorials every once in a while, like the one they did on creating your own succulent terrarium ud83dudc95
I am so happy with the service. I was ordering from out of the country. first my card was rejected then the hospital wouldnt accept the flowered due to Covid. I dont know how the resolved it in the end, but the flowers got delivered. I assume the called the hospital and found a loophole and delivered a second time (for no extra charge) I am really happy with the service. I didnt see the flowers but I am sure they were lovely.
