Over the past 20 years, my sweet husband has given me many, many bouquets of flowers, and this is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful I've ever received! They did an absolutely spectacular job and their customer service is first-rate. The bouquet is huge, the vase is beautiful, and the flowers are gorgeous. Very, very pleased with this arrangement. I added a photograph, but I'm not sure how to get the picture and the review in the same place. Lol! ud83dude0a

WORST EVER...2 Years in a row! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother in law last year for her birthday (2/22/20), received an email saying flowers delivered. I had given my father in laws phone number on the order in case they needed to contact someone so the flowers would be a surprise. That night my father in law called me so say nothing ever arrived. I called and complained, the representative to offered to deliver the flowers 2 DAYS LATER and give me a discount on my next order. I explained her birthday is today not 2 days from now and I want my money back. I also asked how did I get an email saying it was delivered if it wasn’t. The rep then tells me ‘upon looking into it, they attempted to deliver but was unable to’ I asked why didn’t they call the phone number on the order. I was given no answer for that. Fast fwd to today 2/22/21. I ordered flowers and a balloon for delivery today again this year for my mother in law... exact same scenario! I received a text at 6:52pm saying flowers delivered. I texted my mother in law at 730pm because I was surprised she had not called me. She called me clueless because again she did not receive her flowers. I called to complain AGAIN to get the exact same excuses ‘let me set it up for delivery again’, ‘the delivery was attempted’, ‘I will send you $20 off your next order’, and even had the audacity to offer me a partial refund of my money! Not to mention it took 3hrs to speak with someone! My mother in law got nothing, why would I let you keep part of my money was my response. I asked to speak to a supervisor and rep had the nerve to ask me why??? But of course no supervisor is available, I was told to call again to ‘try and find a supervisor’. Again I asked why did I get a text if nothing was delivered. I asked for the name of the flower shop that was supposed to do the job, I was told they can’t disclose that information. He said he processed my refund but couldn’t give me confirmation # or anything I have to wait for an email that I still had not received 5 minutes later as we were still on the phone. 1-800 Flowers never has to worry about get a penny of my money ever again!

Never delivered my Valentine's flowers yesterday that my husband ordered and paid for in person at the shop. It WOULD'VE been a nice surprise. No one called me or my husband. My husband called 1-800-Flowers for a refund and they have no record in their system of his order. Good thing we have our receipt. I researched this place when shopping around for a spray for my father's funeral and knew not to order from them based on others' experiences (Google reviews). Wish my husband had known to pass on this business, too. Please find a reliable shop if you're looking to buy flowers as it's highly likely you'll be disappointed by this business.

I ordered my niece over $100 worth of flowers for her birthday. She never got them. I even called the same day to make sure she was going to get them. And nope. Then I called back in the best they can do is redeliver in two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Placed an order for same day delivery and here I am still waiting for deliver, it's the next day. Said they would deliver by six, even waited till eight thirty before cancelling dinner plans and going to an alternative. Luckily I have my ring cameras on case they did come by after we left but nothing, not a single call. I've called and no answer to the shop, didn't over a hundred dollars. The pictures of the flowers they sold me on the wall were nice but it does no good if they don't deliver them at all. Will update if this issue is resolved, if not, then I recommend a flower shop that is not this one.
