I am from Illinois, my local floral shop Lundstrom Florist, Sterling Illinois located Flowers By Grace for me.nI ordered a Telefloral bouquet for a family member. The day of the funeral visitation. It was delivered in a timely fashion. A picture was sent to me letting me know they had received it at the funeral home. This bouquet was very identical to the Telefloral picture that was in the ordering book! I cannot say enough as to how “very, very pleased I am! I personally made a follow up call to verify that my order was received. The young sounding gal which whom I spoke with, was so very kind, understanding and professional. Thank You, from the bottom of my heart for delivering a very beautiful floral arrangement in memory of my family member! You are now currently programmed in my phone!

They went above and beyond to provide beautiful arrangements for a funeral. It was last minute (literally only 4 days) and they were so helpful and did everything we asked. The flowers smelled nice but were not what was ordered!! When a florist blows open a rose it ages a rose a LOT; the flowers did not last even 4 days.
