First and foremost, incredible customer service. I made an error on the address and they reached out to me right away. They even went as far to still deliver it to another address TODAY (I do understand in other circumstances that might not always be possible). But I talked to Bonnie, who helped tremendously and let me find a new location. Top of the line customer care! On top of that, really liked the selection of flowers to pick from - went through a few sites and found what I was looking for here. Thanks Oak Hills Florist!
This has been the most amazing florist experience! We had a complicated delivery and they kept me informed and updated on the status of the flowers through the whole process. Leslie has such amazing customer service. I 100% recommend this flower shop and I will be using them again for future orders.
Very pleasant experience shopping with Oak HIlls Florist. I ordered the bouquet the night before & they were able to accommodate next day delivery. The flowers showed up just as they look in the picture. I was able to do everything online & received multiple confirmations: when I submitted my order and when the flowers were delivered. This was my first time ordering with them. The flowers and delivery were very fairly priced and I will be shopping with them again in the future.

Fantastic service and amazing design, the flower arrangement was gorgeous and the box of candy was gift wrapped in an adorable gift bag. My daughter was thrilled to receive such an outstanding arrangement. Will definitely use them again.
