I just received an email asking me to post a review. I remembered ordering an arrangement for my sister in law’s birthday last April and thought it odd that the store wanted a review a year later. As I recall, my sister in law was extremely pleased so I originally posted five stars. However, it looks like this store is in desperate need of good reviews. After reading all the complaints regarding delivery and poor quality fruit, I’m not inclined to rave about a product from a year before when so many people have had unpleasant experiences so recently. I tried to delete my post, but could only revise it.
02/24/2021nnTERRIBLE service!!! I placed my order on February 14 and they received it in the store on Wednesday the 17th, I called 2 days ago and they told me that my order would be delivered yesterday. they did not. I called today and they told me that between 11 am and 6 pm it would be delivered and neither did they. so I'm calling and nobody answers. And now all I want is my money back. ud83dude20nn02/25/2021nGood Morning!!! My order was delivered late yesterday, but the balloon was a bit deflating. I think he was the last to surrender. I recognize the work and effort of each worker but if they cannot fulfill their deliveries on the day and time that you say, clients will no longer trust their work. Thank you.
Amazingg service! Even during the weather alert due to icy roads they delivered my edible arrangements my mom sent me from Florida. I was so grateful and wish I had cash to tip. I was not expecting the delivery to arrive due to weather and would've definitely understood if it didnt arrive. Thank you and again i am very impressed and hope your drive made it home safe.
