De Vinnie's Paradise

During wedding planning, we were having a hard time finding a shop that would take our small order and I'm so glad we found De Vinnie's Paradise. We had 6 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, and 3 centerpieces and they knocked it out of the park with all of them. All I did was send over some inspiration pictures and Irma was able to tell me exactly what kind of flowers she planned on using to keep us in budget. They did a great job and I'd highly recommend them.

Awesome florist!!!! I don't go anywhere else when in need of flowers!! They did my wedding flowers and baby shower flowers and now my anniversaries..Go to them if you want upscale I'd recommend them to everyone In need of flowers no doubt!!!

This business lacks sympathy and professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone. A really close friend lost her fiancé a month ago. My friend has had the difficult job of cancelling all her wedding plans. Everyone of the vendors for her wedding have shown their sympathy and support minus De Vinnie’s Paradise Florist. Their customer service is nonexistent and I would not give them my business and will make sure to let everyone I know about their poor ways of doing business.

Extremely unorganized, terrible communication, Irma never wanted to Talk by phone or text... only would email. In the whole year planning the wedding, I talked to her over the phone 1 time!! Very disappointed with the colors of the flowers, the sizes of of the bridesmaid bouquets and the “greenery” for the tables (which looked like rose leaves). We paid her to set up and it wasn’t done. My coordinator had to do it all with my mom. I used all my own supplies like votive candles, frames, letters, lanterns, and floating candles. She promised it would all be done, my husband and I finally got in touch with her 4 days after our original meeting by phone was supposed to be. We Gave her the times to set up, pictures of what we wanted the set up and decor to look like and what colors we wanted. Tuesday 4 days before the wedding we took all the decor and candles to her house At the times she told me would work, she wasn’t there, but her assistant ( who I had never met) was and assured me it would all be done properly and not to worry because my wedding was the main focus that weekend. night before nor day of did we receive any type of confirmation. The day of the wedding she came at 2:45pm instead of 4:00pm, so they wouldn’t let her in the venue. She left everything on the floor ( decor, corsages, boutonnières, etc) . I will not be recommending her. She was nice but nice doesn’t always cut it when it’s for a huge day like your wedding and you can’t get in touch with your florist ever!
