I needed a bulk of orange roses for a funeral this past weekend and called around to get some quotes. Trevino Flower Shop gave me a very reasonable price, less than half per rose than other places, and very realistically priced with fresh flower shop quality. They were quick to help, professional, and very sincere. They even called me to confirm details and verify what I wanted arranged. Thank you to them for their excellent customer service. I believe this was the flower shop I contacted, Lyd's Flower Shop? Well, they were exceptional!! Their customer service went above and beyond! I ordered flowers for my mom, and while talking to them on the phone they were able to customize the mug the flowers came in! AND deliver it all within the same day! Within hours! Absolutely wonderful service and great prices!!
The staff is great but the product leaves more to be desired. The wreath that was recieved for an funeral was way too small for what I paid for. I could have literally purchased a wreath 4 times larger in size for the same price in my home town.
I called Trevino Flower Shop last minute to have a floral arrangement made for a loved one's funeral. They were closing in less than an hour and the funeral was the following day. Rosie helped me and they were able to work within my budget and make a stunning arrangement. I was blown away by the customer service & quality of flowers. Thank you very much!
I ordered 2 dozen red roses they delivered a dozen red and dozen orange....make order at 12 got delivered at 4:48. When it was only a block away. Never again.
