I love the employees at Food City. today I went to self-checkout and requested for $20 cash back when I came home I realized the $20 was still in the machine. I thought sure the customer after me just scored $20. I called the store and explained what happened and the manager on duty said bring my receipt. No problem. When I went back this young lady Olivia who work the self-checkouts was able to catch the $20 and set it aside for me. That kind of superior service is not offered at a lot of other stores. I really appreciate them. Thanks Food City...

Just a normal day getting a few groceries. The people that work there are always nice and helpful when you need it.

Not that great :/ they made me go through a long process of interviewing because the girl quit while interviewing me. And then they lost my application. Head cashier told me she’d call to set up an appointment with salary manager. Week went by and heard nothing from them :/ called to remind her and she promised to call me at the end of the day with an appointment time. She never did :/ it was just a real waste of my time. They definitely need better employees there.
