Misty's went way over typical customer service. Just delivered Valentine's Day flowers. Sender made mistake in address and on one of busiest delivery days, came back out to redeliver. I will only use them for future local deliveries and recommend them to everyone. Oh, and my house smells so lovely of roses. A beautiful bouquet
I called from out of state Friday to have flowers delivered to a friend yesterday. Then I find out that she was leaving to go spend the night with family so I called back and asked if they could get the flowers there soon as possible and they did. She received flowers before she left great customer service I would use again
I had bought flowers on a Friday night. The driver had called to ask if this was correct address. I had made a mistake. He got here. The arrangement was going to my neighbors. He brought it to us. I was the one who personally bought it but my family not knowing better took it. I could of saved 10 bucks and done that myself. Then I see this peice I bought for 72 bucks and flowers were wilted....I'm not talking a bit wilted I'm talking quite a bit. Wow never in a million year's would I have ever given that to a family in that condition. I will never use this store again. Beyond disappointed. I would love to post pics but it won't let me.

Misty's Florist is by far the best floral company in Bristol. I have used this place for many many years and have never once been disappointed. There is great talent at that place. Yes, she is a little more expensive, but you pay for what you get. She has done wall flowers, arrangements and green plants among other things for me. They truly are the best.
