Today was the first time I have used Bussey florist .nThe cheerful and super friendly women I spoke with on the phone was a very refreshing experience.nThe beautiful sunflower bouquet I had delivered , was exactly as described. The flowers I received were a gift so I can't attest to the ordering process but I can with complete confidence say the flowers are the freshest and most vibrant I've seen this year. The designer took the time to make sure the arrangement was a perfect view from any angle. The arrangement came with a best practices for extended life of the flowers. And more than a week later they still look beautiful. Thank you Todd and Kim, I appreciate all the effort you and your whole team put in to make my day better.

Had a cool elaborate anniversary week planned for my wife which started with flowers. All I ask is that Bussey's not tell her who sent them when she called to find out. I was assured they would not tell her. She calls, they give he all the information of me buying and sending. Ruined my entire plans for the week. There are many florist in Rome that will keep your information private, USE THEM!nnI paid full price for the extra flowers and delivery. And yes some colorful language was used, but not towards anyone, just to express how upset I was that the anniversary had been ruined because someone didn't give out simple instructions
