Amazing customer service!! They were so kind and helpful!! My parents live a few hours away from me and I wanted to congratulate my mom on her retirement. I called the shop and described what I was looking for, and it was delivered just a few hours later. The flowers were beautiful!! My mom loved them!

We called Ocasions, last minute on a Saturday and they were more than happy to accommodate our needs. We called our order In, and the service was wonderful, streamlined and easy, store associates were amazing! We wanted to send our family friends who live in nearby Morganton something bright and happy to cheer them up on the anniversary of a sad day. My sister called from out of state and described what we were looking for and Occasions Florist did a beautiful job, even better than we were hoping for.
