These folks are very nice, willing to help and present a beautiful display of arrangements, fresh and silk options available. Be prepared to pay a significant amount for their expertise. I shopped around and found the same type of arrangement to fit my needs at half the price.
Great service. They called me to let me know that they needed to change the color of the flowers, which was fine with me. The delivery was done on time.

I was also hung up on by who I believe may have been the owner due to the fact that I called to voice my disappointment about an arrangement I ordered. The arrangement that was made looked totally different than what was shown on their website! When I called to explain my disappointment, I was given the explanation in a rude and disrespectful tone of voice that the arrangement I wanted couldn’t be made because they didn’t have the flowers in stock to make it. However, when I placed my order I was specifically informed that they had tons of colorful flowers to make the arrangement I wanted. Hmm, seems like a bait and switch tactic in order to obtain my business. I was also degraded over the amount that I wanted to spend on the arrangement. Be ready to spend a fortune at this place to get an arrangement that looks half of what you actually paid for it! They’re over priced and don’t make what you order! I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner; the person I spoke with had absolutely no patience! The owner needs to remember and realize that without happy returning customers you will not have a successful business. She needs to be a leader of her company and set a high example for the rest of her staff to follow. It is shameful how I was treated; what a horrific experience!
