Today, August 16th, Starnes delivered flowers to a friend of mine that were so beautiful, they made her cry. And they were very reasonably priced. I will use them from now on. Thank you for great flowers and service!

This business is great. Sheila was so sweet and extremely helpful. I walked in needing 3 flower arrangements. She helped me on the spot and made them right then and there. I recieved a great price and now I'm going to make some people's days. She will definitely be my go to florist for cleveland. Thank you and I'll see you again soon!!
