Terrible experience. First, they said they would not be able to deliver my order the entire week (Valentine’s week, yes) AT ALL, not just a day or two. That should have been my first clue to hang up then.nnThen, gave the associate the exact item number of the item I was wanting, as well as the name and description. I asked specifically if they could do it, and if there was any way to add, not change the item itself, but ADD a little detail to the item. She said, absolutely.nnSo. The item was then picked up, and it was NOTHING like what was ordered. Furious and lied to all around. Horrible experience for a special order item with specific meaning in it.nnDo NOT use this business if you want your order correct or not to have to have to pick it up yourself. I should have given more credit to the other negative reviews!
Do not use this company for delivery if ordering from out of town. After your order is placed, it is never delivered, especially for funerals, when they think no one is actually checking the names on the arrangements. They have attempted to rip my family off twice. This last time, we were referred to them by Mercer Brother’s Funeral Home. We will never use this florist again and I am advising no one else to use them either. Honesty and integrity are essential and they just don’t have it. It’s extremely disappointing and sad.
Very friendly very helpful. Bought beautiful flowers for a funeral they delivered for us. I like this florist very much.

I called in the other night to get a single rose, it was very close to closing time and they not only worked with me on extremely short notice, but the arrangement was beautiful. Thank y'all so much. Will definitely be back for more flowers, though next time not so last minute.
