Nan is always very sweet when I call to place an order. I am in Memphis and have used Nan's numerous times in the past year to send flowers for my pawpaws funeral & sending flowers to comfort my mawmaw. I have no complaints. I tried to use this Florist ( Nan's) twice and both times bad experiences.n1st time, they forgot to deliver to my mom on her birthday.n2nd time totally wrong flower arrangement. I sent them item # from Nans website.nnNAN (owner ) WOULD NOT REFUND MY $$s. BUT DID GO PICK UP THE WRONG ARRANGEMENT OF FLOWERS ON MOTHER'S DAY !! Left my 85 yr. Old mom with nothing but also a bad experience.nnEnd result I had to make a claim with my bank to get refunded.n****NAN NOR HER DAUGHTER WOULD REFUND DELIVERY FEES***nThey said due to making a 2nd trip to pick up their MISTAKE.nn......WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MOM AND MYSELFnn.........DON'T USE THIS COMPANY......nnThey didn't have the correct type of flowers in stock. Should have gave Mom something for lesser value. BUT NEGLECTED & LEFT HER WITH TEARSnnTina - FloridanMom lives in Adamsville TN.nnI would post pics of bad arrangements verses what they should have looked like but this site won't let u....

I ordered over the phone from across the country. Arrangement came out fantastic, they even threw in a crystal hummingbird. Delivery was quick and price very reasonable.
