I ordered flowers for my grandmother for her birthday. I was assured they would be delivered same day. They were not delivered until the afternoon of the next day. I was not notified. I also requested something bright and colorful and she was given white flowers with some greenery. I called and was refused a refund of the delivery fee that wasn't even delivered as it should have been and was refused a refund of the flowers that were incorrect. The solution was to deliver more flowers. That helps in no way. I cant change that she didn't get flowers on her birthday as I was assured she would. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
