Love the ladies that work here!! I came in one hour before they closed and was wanting an arrangement of a dozen of mixed roses. I felt horrible for asking them to do something like this in such little time. However, the ladies there insisted that they could get the arrangement done in 45 minutes. Doris Florist has been our “family florist” for as long as I can remember. Most of us have moved away from Columbia, but we call from all across the country and know that our orders will be gorgeous and delivered on time. In this age of faceless ordering it’s reassuring to have that kind of connection. I look forward to hearing Brenda’s voice when I call, and she knows who I am. Priceless!
When Honey realized the bouquet I selected online was no longer available, she called me twice to make sure we could get something right for my mom. Her service was excellent and my mom was over the moon with her flowers. Easily 5 stars.
