We live in Detroit and we called for 2 large standing arrangement for Mrs Walkers funeral. I found this florist online. I was nervous about spending so much without seeing them but after she created it, she took a photo and texted me the flowers. OMG I must say I am very happy with how they came out and they look even better than the photo online. Thanks Lively Florist for amazing customer service and thanks for these beautiful arrangements! Not always fresh...I received an arrangement for my Birthday last Monday, the flowers were beautiful but several were already showing signs of wiliting. Needless to say within 3 days they looked pretty bad. Then just today a co-worker received flowers from Lively and I noticed the same thing, half of the roses were already wilted :(
Excellent service! Very pleased with the arrangement I had chosen.nnOn another occasion, they helped me with suggestions between two arrangements that I was considering for purchase. Did not disappoint. Beautiful display of colors. Excellent service.
Their site is miss leading. It allowed me to place an order after entering my zip code, only to receive a call late in the afternoon the day prior to the special event, that they don't deliver to my area. They suggested I pick it up ! That was not possible, do to the fact I just had spine surgery and could not travel. Had they called me earlier in the day, I would maybe had been able to find someone to do it for me. They were polite, but let me in a position to have nothing on a special occasion. I personally will never call them again.
