I give them two stars only because they may do nice flower arrangements but the lady I just spoke to on the phone about getting flowers to my wife for Valentine’s Day, acted as if it was an inconvenience for her that I called and annoyed. So I called the next place I found on the list of Lawrenceburg florist and they were incredible. Surprise Bouquet Boutique & Flowers took my order and she was very kind and helpful.

I have been using them for year and years and the last of July I called them and told them I needed some flowers for decoration. The ladY was very understanding and said she would have them done before the deadline which was in a month. A Month!!!!! 2 weeks go by and I call and get a update on my order, she is only half done with my order, okay I say, that’s fine. She says she had lots of funerals and had to push be back, that’s fine, I get it. A week before the decoration comes and I call and she’s still only halfway done. I can tell she angry. She does not tell me when she will have it done. The day before the decoration comes and I call once again, she is still not done, this time, she’s plain old had enough of me!! She tells me she already told me she hasn’t had time to finish the rest of the order and she will have it done sometime soon. I tell her I need it the next day, I can hear the anger in her voice, she says okay I will try to loop have it done. They call me the next day and let me know they are done, what I have wound up with is threw together flowers, she very very Obviously didn’t you want to do them, they were expensive and now I have to fix them before I can take them to the cemetery!! I hate this so much, I loved using them and hate to have to find a new florist but I guess the time has come, unfortunately. They used to do some beautiful work!!

If I could give 0 I would, paid $65 for a flower arrangement, not what I expected for the price.

We had such a rotten experience the one time we used them to do our flowers for a party. The day we picked up, the flowers were not what we ordered. We had no choice but to take them since the party was in a few hours. I figured we would deal with it after the party. We sent a couple emails explaining that the flowers were not right, which included flowers we specially said we didn’t want. The owner was very difficult to deal with, telling us that she knew they were wrong but it wasn’t her fault, and since we took the flowers we were responsible for full payment. That’s not how business is supposed to be done.nTake your business to another florist who actually knows the business.
