I showed up on a Wednesday afternoon at 1pm. I wanted flowers to take to my mom who resides nearby in an assisted living facility. What I decided on couldn't be ready until the following day. In the meantime Flowers By Vance set me up with an absolutely lovely bouquet. My mom loved them.nThe next day I picked up my initially intended order: basket bouquet x 2. They were just as beautiful. Together everything makes my mother's room look and even smell very nice. They've made all the difference.nThe staff at Flowers By Vance are professional, thoughtful and accommodating. And they obviously care about their work and customers.nnLive anywhere near or even not near Burnsville, NC and need a florist? I received an order two days ago that is already dying. How sad when it’s very overpriced to begin with.
I called the store after they we’re closed and got the message, but at the end it said for after hour call, so I did and spoke with a fabulous woman can’t remember her name, we had a dealt in the family in Burnsville, I’m in Massachusetts tills her my situation and she helped my right out.dhe even went back to the store and personality delivered the flowers to my mother in-law. I was trying to get an order out for a customer of mine for a funeral service. I was having a problem getting the order out as there weren't any florists in that area. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Tony at Flowers by Vance. He was so polite and professional! He said that they would take care of everything for us.
