The last time I ordered from Made By Hands it was a very pleasant and personalized experience (5*) . However, I tried to place an order recently, but was unable to get through on any phone...cell or landline! After repeated attempts, I finally called another florist! Something is most definitely wrong with their phone lines. Local and toll free line...neither works! (1*)nMy mistake. They close for one week over the fourth of July...that would explain why I couldn't get through to them.They most definitely deserved a week off! The staff there is most kind! ***** Five stars for five star service! So sorry I missed them!
