Awful arrangement delivered and haughty attitude about it. Ordered through flower shopping.com and they contracted with Felty Roland Florist. The pictures speak for themselves. When I called the florist, her answer was, we are allowed to substitute with second best. Pictures below show what it should look like and what I received. Would give 0 stars if I could .. both for arrangement and attitude.
