My name is Debbie McVey and If I could leave no stars I would. I contacted this florist at the end of August/ first of September for a December 26th wedding. We had a meeting with the owner and the lead designer concerning flowers. We decided on everything that was needed. During the initial meeting, I was informed of the owners mother being ill, but I was assured that this would not be an issue, and that doing these flowers would help him keep his mind busy over Christmas! Again, I was told that this was not a problem and I received both men’s’ word that the flowers would be done. After this meeting, I contacted them many times to verify that we were still on for the date because I had not received a quote etc... After receiving the prices and quote, I accepted the pricing and made a few changes. I asked via email how I needed to proceed with payments, deposit, etc. On November 5th, I received an email cancelling the order since no contract or deposit had been made and that due to the owners mother being ill that they could not do the order! Please beware ordering from this store. I was given their word on multiple occasions. Their word means nothing!
Absolutely wonderful experience! They always have a variety of arrangements in inventory and a good selection of potted plants. The owners were fantastic, and came in early (outside of regular business hours) so I could see the plants and give them a card. Lovely experience!
