Recently had to purchase flowers for a very close person to me. The staff at this florist were just remarkable! The person that would be designing the purchase came out and helped me pick what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this florist.
Best selection, great prices, and helpful staff. I wasn’t exactly certain what I wanted/needed but I had a few pictures. Within minutes I had everything I needed at a great price. Thank you ladies for your help!
I have ordered many times from Broyles and I have also ordered from reputable online flower services. I have to say that Broyles flowers are superior in every sense. Their flowers are always fresh and beautiful. I have ordered roses in particular and they have always looked gorgeous, and my wife loves them.
Ordered flowers and lady who took my order was extremely nice. I ordered deluxe and it was arranged terribly and was missing the Rose's that were suppose to be in arrangement. I paid 62.00 for pink carnations and few tulips. Floral shops should not have pictures of arrangements to choose from if they cannot make them. It did not have even half the flowers that picture showed. I did not call and complain. I cut it a lost and will not order there again. Food city offers better and I will pay someone to deliver them for me.
Called on 2/11/21 to request the Garden Emerald Basket SYMPATHY arrangement to be delivered on the following Saturday (2/13). Nothing ever delivered! No call back....nothing. Had to ask the family if was received since I couldnt find a charge to my account. Fail for Broyles. Wont use again.
