Excellent Customer Service and BEAUTIFUL Arrangements! They really went the extra mile to track down and deliver the arrangement when we had trouble reaching the family. Would give 10 stars if I could. Great Business with Great Values!

This place is horrible, I purchased a bouquet at the premium level (so bigger and more flowers then the standard) they took my money $90.00 and called another florists and purchased the same bouquet but the standard size. What this means is they kept $45.00 and had the other florist send me a smaller arrangement. When called about the side they told me to call the other florist about it, when I did the other florist told me they ordered the small size and tried to pocket the difference. I was able to get my money back but the damage was done this was for Valentine's day. If you don't want to be a victim of fraud please go to another florists. I gain nothing by putting a review down, I just don't want others to be taken advantage of as I was. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be also contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know because I'm sure this is illegal. Rainbow's End Floral that responded is not telling the truth, the other florist showed me the order and showed me how much Rainbow paid them. Rainbow infact ordered the smaller arrangement and tried to pocket the rest, the forest that delivered the arrangement and where I took them back to showed me the actual order and how much they paid so they also had to get reimbursed their money. I can't say this enough do not trust this company it's bad enough they tried to scam me but then come and lie on my review should tell everyone what type of business this is. Do not purchase flowers from this company if you value what you pay for and expect to receive.

Outstanding florist and new go-to place for flowers! We decided to go with Rainbow's end for our daughter's wedding, and they knocked it out of the park. My wife literally teared up when she saw the bouquets. They were friendly, very responsive, and did top quality work. Don't hesitate to choose Rainbow's End!

My sister's cat died and I wanted to send her something to let her know I was thinking of her. Rainbow's End Floral was so sweet and helpful in helping me choose the right thing. My sister received a beautiful basket with fresh fruit and assorted snacks. She said the basket was beautiful, the fruit was gorgeous, fresh and tasty. Ordered a birthday cake floral arrangement for my best friends bday. I had never seen one. It is rare that an item is better than the pictured item but thats an accurate description of the product! Very pleased!
