They were very nice over the phone, and were very specific about the details of the order. They were able to make the most perfect arrangement and deliver it within time even though I only gave them a 2 hour notice. I'm so happy they went the extra mile for me. I was discouraged the other florists I called didn't have time to do an order for me.

Today is my daughter's birthday & I had called several flower shops before this one, & they were either closed or couldn't deliver to Tullahoma. So I called Custom Designs Florist & she said they could deliver to Tullahoma. The price was right & my daughter LOVED the arrangement! I will use them again! Thks ❤

I am so proud of Custom Design Florist and the move to their new location. It is a beautiful shop and GREAT talent. I would 100% recommend this florist. All the former employees have been replaced with a fresh new friendly and accommodating staff.
