My husband ordered lilies. They were delivered closed. I thought this is nice because they will open and can be enjoyed longer. They never opened and turned brown within a week. So he paid an outrageous amount for green stalks. He has tried to contact them without any response.

I called Smoot's this morning, hoping they could help me out! I wanted to send my niece some flowers for two reasons. First to say, thank you for a lovely weekend in her home and secondly to brighten her day!! The arrangement was perfect!! She was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for the beautiful arrangement!
