I've been trying to pick up my order for over a week now and nobody is ever there, nor will they answer the phone...lousy way to run a business. The lady at the dog groomer next door is wonderful! She helps out and practically runs it for him.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral. The flowers were never received and now the flower shop is not answering messages, emails, or phone calls so that I can get a refund. Poor service!
