The doctor she and her Assistant were so kind to me when I had to put my fur baby to rest after 18 years. I was so heart broken they truly showed the both of us compassion. They prepared him nicely for his burial & I will receive his paw print in the mail. Thank you so much. The assistant before I left touched my back and said I am so sorry for your loss & I appreciated that because Scottie was loved and will surely be missed by my family friends & neighborhood.

Dr Steeley is great with my dogs. My oldest dog has several health issues, and he's been able to diagnose and treat him so he has a better life quality. He explains everything to us and takes time to ensure we understand what's going on with his health. We're so happy to have found a knowledgeable and caring vet.

Everyone at Chilhowee Vet is GREAT. They are caring and are very responsive to any request I have ever had. I have gone to several vets who seemed to see every contact with me as an opportunity to sell something (e.g., dog food, flea treatment, shampoo....etc.) No one has ever done this here. The Vet told me that the food I was giving my puppy was good. The care is great, but it is nice to know that the bill is reasonable too...

This has been my bet clinic of choice for so many years and through so many of my babies. Everyone here cares about my animals, it’s not just lip service or impersonal care. When my Roxie had to be put to sleep they were so caring and kind. I’ve never left with a question unanswered. I really can’t say enough about the vets, the techs, the desk people and the groomers. The BEST of the best. I have been using Chilhowee for 12+ years and once again I am reminded why I trust them and only them with my fur-babies. My German Shepherd puppy was diagnosed with parvovirus, which any dog owners fears as this is often a fatal disease. Fortunately, Chilhowee saved my baby's life. Extraordinarily capable, extremely compassionate, and very dedicated is only a few adjectives to describe Chilhowee. Dr. Archer, Dr. Cox, Dr. Steely and tech Halley provided exceptional care to my puppy (and me by providing twice daily updates). Again, the best veterinarian group in East TN!
