Living in a different part of the state, I'm not always able to come see my grandmother for special holidays like her birthday, Valentine's Day, etc. The pandemic has made it even harder when trying to preserve a certain quality of life for her. But the way Ivy Cottage has went above and beyond countless times is why they will continually get my business. They deliver beautiful arrangements in a timely manner, communicate well and their delivery drivers are top notch and thoughtful. During this very wet Valentine's Day weekend, the person not only delivered my grandmother her flowers but when the mail was delivered around the same time they were there, the individual went out of their way and brought the mail to her too. Such a sweet gesture to save my grandmother several, several steps. Thank you for all that you do!
The floral arrangement was exactly as pictured. The delivery person was an absolute delight. My wife was there to receive the flowers and remarked how nice the delivery person was. I will certainly be using you all again. Thanks for the great experience! Phil

I am happy that customer service does still exist! This was the best experience I have EVER had with an order placed on a website to have a flower arrangement delivered. The site was super easy to navigate with great pictures of the arrangements at a reasonable cost.
